Shipping to the USA

Our shipping quotes are set according to the weight and the zip code of the destination. Our playhouses are moving across the border without any problems. We are using the services of A&A Contract Customs Brokers to clear our shipments and we are covered by a US Customs bond. The playhouse kits are DUTY FREE and NO STATE TAXES. There is a US Customs brokerage fee of $70.00 that will be added to the shipping charges.We are using the services of a US shipping company to move the playhouses in the United States.

Shipping To Canada

The shipments are sent using Day and Ross. We will provide you with a tracking number so you will be able to follow your playhouse while in transit.

Shipping options

We are offering 2 types of delivery services for the majority of our Canadian and American customers:

Pick it at the nearest trucking depot

The most economical way to get your playhouse. You will need a pick up truck or a small utility trailer to bring your playhouse home. There is trucking depot in all major cities.

Curb side delivery

Our driver will deliver the playhouse to your residence and unload it in your garage or your driveway. You may be required to assist with the unloading of the playhouse. The extra charge for this service is $60.00

Delivery and installation for the Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland area.
